Since we don't have summer classes i decided that while I'm at home and doing nothing, i can read books which will help me in my studies.
I have here three books entitled:
1. Public Speaking
by Dale Carnegie
2. Rumours
by Philip Yancey
3. 10 days to a More Powerful
Vocabulary
by Tom Nash Ph.D.
The public speaking book was given to me by my grandma years ago.
I just saw it in my old study table last week when I was looking
for a book to read this summer.
and the rumours book t'was bought in the floating library last 2006
at the MV Doulos. That time i was looking for a cheap book
but looks good to read. And i decided to buy it because
i was curious of the title "rumours"..
and lastly the ten days to a more powerful vocabulary book, the source
was my classmate, Liza who owns the book and borrowed it,
but later on i decided to have a copy, because I know that
I'll learn from it. And if i forgot the word or meaning
it's not hard for me to think what it is. I'll just scan the book
and find that word.:)
